THE EDIBLE DRY GARDEN, SOMERSET
Built entirely from reclaimed materials, this edible gravel garden explores how productive planting can be integrated into a naturalistic, drought-tolerant landscape. Developed over several years, it has become a space for experimenting with unusual edible plants and observing which species thrive in free-draining conditions.
Within the gravel planting are wild rocket, sorrel, Turkish rocket, purple tree collard and goji berries, creating a garden that is unusual, productive and ornamental.
